THE HOMES

Clarian hope currently has two residential care homes with the availability to home 6 occupants of both genders. The first care home is located at 7 Crud yr Awel, Bryncoch, Neath SA10 7PG. This care home can situate 3 service users and currently has two young women with learning disabilities present. The home contains a wide variety of features such as being close to local shops, near public transport, minibus services, gardens for residents, personal televisions and internet access.

The second home is located at 78 Penllyn, Cwmavon, Port Talbot SA12 9NN. This home can also hold 3 service users and currently contains two men, one of which is full time residential care and the respite. The home also contains a wide variety of features such as being close to local shops, near public transport, minibus services, gardens for residents, personal televisions and internet access.

OUTSIDE THE HOME

Both of our care homes contain patio and gardening areas where our residents can spend their time tending to the garden, enjoying outside leisure activities or simply enjoying a relaxing day outside. We at Clarian Hope try to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle for all of our residents whilst also giving them the choice of how they would like to spend their days.

INSIDE THE HOMES

Both of our homes are well furnished with private bedrooms, wash-rooms, lounge areas, dining areas, kitchens and activity rooms. Bedrooms are all decorated with personal possessions and decorated to the residents tastes. We boast a wide variety of games, books, films and crafts materials that residents can enjoy in private or with other service users and or staff.

AROUND THE COMMUNITY

Both homes are located within a short drive of local shopping centres that can be freely visited. Visits to local restaurants and shops for days out are a regular occurrence and scheduled to suit the individual service users needs and wants. There are other wide ranging activities available within the local community such as Swimming, dance classes, day centres, snooker halls, martial arts classes, bowling, libraries and more. We pride ourselves on allowing our service users to experience a broad spectrum of local activities.
