Both of our care homes are situated within a ten minute drive of local shopping centres. There are also many local activities such as Dance classes, swimming, snooker halls and more.
Clarian Hope
Clarian hope is a company dedicated to providing the best quality care possible. We currently maintain two residential care homes that provide 24/7 care for Adults with learning disabilities in the Neath and Port Talbot areas. We pride ourselves on our excellent and diverse staff team that are kept up to date on all necessary training. We have made it our mission to ensure anyone that stays with us feels welcomed into their new home with ease and can feel comfortable and safe in their new environment.

Clarian Hope aims to provide homes that offer continuous stimulation relevant to individual service users needs and wishes. All service users are actively encouraged to participate in meaningful activities on a daily basis. This includes daily participation in the local community.
OUR RESIDENTS
The home exists to offer exceptional quality support within a residential setting for up to three men or women aged 18 to 65 with :
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Challenging behaviour
- Mental health problems
